The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has released what the system of government would be in the Sovereign State of Biafra when it is finally actualized. This was contained in a statement made available to DAILY POST on Monday signed by its Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, with the title, ‘THIS IS FOR THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW BIAFRA SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WILL BE LIKE.’ The pro-Biafra group said its constitution would be written in local languages with seven nations making up the country called Biafra. By O’star Eze Leader of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has predicted more terror attacks and deaths in Nigeria, warning that the dreaded Islamist State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS) would soon take their bloodlet­ting campaign to the country’s territory. The pro-Biafran agitator further warned that the target of the impending terror attacks would be the Southern Nigerian which has the largest concentration of natural resources, a development he said requires citizens to be ready to defend themselves. “You think I am joking. They are coming. Your mothers will be raped. Your sisters will be married off as slaves. Biafra land will be decimated unless we equip this army,” he said. Kanu who is currently on exile in Israel gave the damning warning in his latest controversial broadcast aired on Radio Biafra over the weekend. The embattled leader of the  Indigenous People of Biafra ,   Nnamdi Kanu , may have  been stranded in Israel, following his failure to use the travel document that would have enabled him to move to the United Kingdom. It was learnt that the Biafran leader failed to utilise the Emergency Travel Document provided for him by the British authorities until the document expired. The UK High Commission in Abuja on Saturday told Punch, on inquiries over role in Kanu’s escape to Jerusalem. The UK High Commission Senior Communications Officer, Tinu Adelegan,  “I’m afraid there’s very little we can say about this for consular confidentiality. All we have done is provided an ETD to a British person who asked for one in Israel, which he has not used and has now expired.” It could not be ascertained why Kanu, a British citizen, needed an ETD to travel to the UK.
